Local Pickup
- Customers in the Greenville-Spartanburg area can select local pickup at checkout.
- Pickup location and details will be provided upon order confirmation.
Damages & Issues
- Please inspect your order upon arrival. If items are damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours for assistance.
- We may require photos of the damaged item for verification.
Returns & Exchanges
- We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for store credit or exchange.
- Items must be in original condition with tags (if applicable).
- Final sale, custom, one of a kind items, and seasonal clearance items are non-returnable.
Lost or Stolen Packages
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered.
- If your package is missing, please contact the carrier for assistance.
