Local Pickup

• Customers in the Greenville-Spartanburg area can select local pickup at checkout.

• We may require photos of the damaged item for verification.

Returns & Exchanges

• We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for store credit or exchange.
• Items must be in original condition with tags (if applicable).
• Final sale, custom, one of a kind items, and seasonal clearance items are non-returnable.

Lost or Stolen Packages

• We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered.
